Very basic and simple to use. Replaced a more sophisticated model. It does everything I need for a simple household copier to do. The price is good for the product.

It was a little challenging at first. But after the update for the printer, easy to use. Make sure you update the firmware 1st.

This printer is everything I was looking for. You’re able to print from your phone or any device that can connect with Wi-Fi and the automatic ink service is perfect for busy moms who always forget when they’re running out of ink.

It is an HP inkjet. It was inexpensive but difficult to set up based upon the instructions provided. I was not able to have some of the same functionality my old HP had and HP customer no service could not understand my questions or solve my issue because they failed to listen that I had already tried all of the fixes available on their web page that were outdated and did not apply to newer printers. It works good enough for the price. Will my next printer be an HP? Hard to say

This small printer is a jewel. Bought it because my larger, more expensive printer had to be repaired, and I use a printer daily. Even though i was told it doesn’t do double side printing, it did. It works great.

The printer was very easy to set-up, no problems with connectivity. The Hp smart app is simple and gives you great features. Its my first printer and so far so good! I would definitely recommend.

This is a great printer for the price. Set up was fairly easy. The app was giving me trouble but doing it on my laptop was easy. It does go through ink fairly quickly.

I thought my old home printer was good enough, but I was wrong! This printer was a piece of cake to set up and links seamlessly with my home network and allows me to print directly from my iPhone. Even my wife has it figured out!
