    this printer has been the best! i love that it lights up different colors when it's in the process of something/if something is "wrong" it! really helps you out instead of guessing what's wrong with it!

    I never have luck with printers due to connection issues. But I had HP printer before and unlike other brands, the connection was easy to pair, bluetooth on this is awesome, didnt need a cable. Prints well, very modern and simple. No ink leaks.

    I want to like this printer. When it works, it is great. However, it only works maybe 50% of the time. It is always "offline" or all the lights start flashing on it for not reason at all. And when I go into the settings on the computer, it is like there is nothing wrong with it. We are just a regular family with minimum printing needs, and this has been a lemon thus far. Also, the instant ink is only available with a membership...not cool to advertise it like it is free and then not let you use it.

    Easy to setup, prints quickly, has some fun sounds and lights, and happy with the quality too! My only issue was trying to find the power button lol! After a quick internet search found out it was by the power cord in the back. Would recommend without a doubt.
