    It's okay but I don't think you should have to have a subscription just to print you should be able to print it just regularly like a normal printer

    Small but gets the job done. I had a problem between the printer and my router. I called HP for help and they fixed the problem and followed up a few days later to make sure the printer was communicating with the router. All is well.

    For the price, this is a pretty good printer. No separate tray for photo paper, but you can still add it. Ink that came with it was very low and ran out in 5 days, with not a lot of printing. Overall, if you are a light printer this one should work for you. Error messages are confusing and also needs a copy button on the machine.

    I have had the older model of HP Envy for 7-8 years . It was way past on its last leg. I finally decided to upgrade my model and have not been disappointed. I love the “instant ink” and now “instant paper” you can get with their program. Never run out and always have on time!

    Fast, reliable printing. It did take a couple of attempts to to get the ink cartridges in properly, and we had to clean & align the print heads after initially set-up. But since then everything has worked smoothly.
