    This printer works wonderfully. But the best feature is that it takes a little or no effort to set it up. You don’t have to be a techie to get it off the ground. Great product even better price.

    Some difficulty setting up the printer, requiring almost 1 hour chatting on line with a tech rep to get it right. There is now a constant squealing/chirping sound when the printer is in sleep mode, which is quite annoying. Online repair suggestions to do a "hard reset" of the printer have not resolved the issue, which others have indicated ultimately required replacement of the printer itself. This printer replaced an HP3520 which was at least 8 years old and had performed flawlessly. I'm quite surprised at this printer's supposed "ease of set up" and definitely not happy with the annoying noise when asleep. I see a warranty claim in the near future!

    This is a great printer for the price. Set up was fairly easy. The app was giving me trouble but doing it on my laptop was easy. It does go through ink fairly quickly.

    I love my new printer! It prints beautifully! The only complaint…not store issue but a HP issue…the ink cartridges that come with it aren’t enough to even print 50 color pages!
