    Some difficulty setting up the printer, requiring almost 1 hour chatting on line with a tech rep to get it right. There is now a constant squealing/chirping sound when the printer is in sleep mode, which is quite annoying. Online repair suggestions to do a "hard reset" of the printer have not resolved the issue, which others have indicated ultimately required replacement of the printer itself. This printer replaced an HP3520 which was at least 8 years old and had performed flawlessly. I'm quite surprised at this printer's supposed "ease of set up" and definitely not happy with the annoying noise when asleep. I see a warranty claim in the near future!

    This is my second HP printer. I liked my first one better. This one has connectivity issues and will glitch in the middle of big print jobs. Ink life is also tiny because you use most having to reprint from the glitches. Good if you don’t print a lot of things at once.

    This is a fine printer for a person who does not do tons of printing. Also I can’t figure out how to turn the machine off when not in use. It was so difficult to get the printer hooked up with WiFi that I am terrified of losing internet. I have only had the printer for a couple of weeks. Let’s see how it works in 6 months, two years etc. things just don’t last but the price was great.
