    With 6 months free instant ink and low price for the printer, it is a great value for day-to-day printing. Quality of printed photos were not that great, and hopefully it would be improved after more alignment scans and/or head cleaning.

    Purchased as replacement for my mom’s old printer. Prints a little slower than I expected, but otherwise works fine. Set up was not difficult. Still learning how to use various features.

    I was honestly a bit disappointed with this printer. When you set it up, you have to decide how many pages you think you’ll print per month. Then you have to sign up for their ink subscription. I’m a full-time student, I print a lot! This is a great printer with excellent capabilities and quality, but as I said, I was kind of disappointed.

    Bought this for my elderly grandma because her old printer stopped working. I set it up for her and it's worked with her desktop + phone perfectly ever since.

    Not a dependable printer especially the scan feature. Took me 20 mins to get it to scan. Sometimes printing from laptop is a challenge too. I miss my stupid printer the was easy to use and instant printing and scanning. HP got too smart and complicated
