    I am glad I did not pay much for this printer. It took forever to set it up. They want you to set it up without using a USB connector, but that was the only way the printer could find the computer. The manual does not tell you what the different symbols are on the printer. You have to figure those out yourself. The printer would not scan - turns out you have to download a program in order to scan, but of course HP never told me that. I signed up for the instant ink. Time will tell how well that works. Like I said. I am glad I got this on sale or I would call it a ripoff.

    Works as good if not better than our old HP ENVY printer a little hiccup with the shipping but nothing to do with the product or BestBuy

    I wasn’t sure if I’d ever own another printer. Then I decided to buy this one. For the money you can’t beat it. My printing needs are very small, 1-5 prints per month, so it’s perfect.

    I was honestly a bit disappointed with this printer. When you set it up, you have to decide how many pages you think you’ll print per month. Then you have to sign up for their ink subscription. I’m a full-time student, I print a lot! This is a great printer with excellent capabilities and quality, but as I said, I was kind of disappointed.
