Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had a lot of issue with this printer, including: * I have never been able to get it to print completely correctly, there has been a smudge on the paper all the time, no matter what I do (and I have tried several things) * It says that it should be left on all the time so it connects to HP Smart, but it has a blue light that stays on all the time and I have it in my bedroom, so I can't keep it on. * It doesn't show accurate levels of ink, so I discovered the hard way that I don't have enough black ink (or there's something else going on, because I can't print properly). Overall, I do not recommend this printer, and I am not going to buy an HP printer again, after having only HP printers prior to this one.

Prints a little slower than I expected, but otherwise works fine. Set up was not difficult. Still learning how to use various features.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had this for just over a year, worked like it should for the first 2 months. Then came the pain. For more than one reason I am going to trash this printer and buy from another brand entirely. 1. This printer does not hold a connection. If you enjoy reconnecting and resetting a wifi connection to the printer and your machines then this is the machine for you. When you do finally get it to connect, it will enter some sort of freeze state overnight that requires you to unplug it and restart the process again. 2. Ink cartridges Not only does their product barely work they rope you into a "good deal" where they ship you ink at your convenience. At some point I realized I was not printing as much as I thought I would, so I canceled my Instant Ink subscription. To my surprise and entirely at HPs benefit, YOU CANNOT USE the instant ink cartridges that you paid for unless you have an active subscription. So, I had to re-enroll into their scummy program just to use the carts and printer I paid for. 3. Troubleshooting Galore You must enjoy troubleshooting kinks of all sorts. Connectivity, mechanical, you name it. TLDR: Greedy company creates a poor-quality printer that works 3/10 times and tricks you into a mandatory subscription. This printer is NOT GOOD. Buy ANYTHING else from ANY OTHER company. The only way I can recommend this printer, is if you do all your printing before your return window expires lol. Thanks HP :) !

HP 6065e not worth the $$

It took forever to set it up. They want you to set it up without using a USB connector, but that was the only way the printer could find the computer. The manual does not tell you what the different symbols are on the printer. You have to figure those out yourself. The printer would not scan - turns out you have to download a program in order to scan, but of course HP never told me that. I signed up for the instant ink. Time will tell how well that works. Like I said. I am glad I got this on sale or I would call it a ripoff.
