    Terrible device. First of all, it doesn't work. The WiFi connector is not available. HP support does not recognize the printer SKU on the label, and support was not provided. Additionally, HP requires you to create an account and MANDATORILY enable localization. Guys, it's just a printer! All I need to do is print a page from time to time. Why do I need to report to HP where I’m doing that? Returned to BB and bought a Brother printer instead. It connected in 5 minutes, no account required, and no forced localization enabled.

    I've had a lot of issue with this printer, including: * I have never been able to get it to print completely correctly, there has been a smudge on the paper all the time, no matter what I do (and I have tried several things) * It says that it should be left on all the time so it connects to HP Smart, but it has a blue light that stays on all the time and I have it in my bedroom, so I can't keep it on. * It doesn't show accurate levels of ink, so I discovered the hard way that I don't have enough black ink (or there's something else going on, because I can't print properly). Overall, I do not recommend this printer, and I am not going to buy an HP printer again, after having only HP printers prior to this one.
