You get what you pay for

BUT for anything other than regular word documents (like a photo with colored ink) its extremely slow. You have to set it up online and I have issues with it disconnecting regularly.

HP Envy 6065e

We've had a few issues with connectivity. However, the tech saavy ones in our family have been able to resolve the issue. I wish it had the ability to connect by wire.

Moody lil’ printer

Not sure why, but it constantly jams and disconnects from wifi. If I can get it to print something, I have no complaints! It’s a beautiful print, but not able to use it regularly so I would say no to anyone looking to buy this. The saying is true, “you pay for what you get.” Well, true in all circumstances except for divorce.

The WiFi connector is not available. HP support does not recognize the printer SKU on the label, and support was not provided. Additionally, HP requires you to create an account and MANDATORILY enable localization. Guys, it's just a printer! All I need to do is print a page from time to time. Why do I need to report to HP where I’m doing that? Returned to BB and bought a Brother printer instead. It connected in 5 minutes, no account required, and no forced localization enabled.

My Envy

This was an HP upgrade from a HP Desk jet. printer that I’ve had for years. It matches perfectly with my HP All-in One Desktop Computer the aesthetics, and even the back light while in reserve mode. And the three months of free ink is a plus as well.

Crappy manual and app

I need the manual each time to see what the blinking lights mean. It’s a real pain. I have the app, but that doesn’t help troubleshoot. It just pushes you to order ink. It won’t even tell you what ink you need or how to replace the ink!
