    I bought this printer for the price since I knew I wouldn’t need to use it very often. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money since I only have reason to print anything on a rare occasion. I regret my purchase because I didn’t realize that I would need to purchase ink through their subscription option. Even though I was able to buy replacement cartridges at Target, the printer eventually stopped working and I received an error message whenever I tried to print which I was unable to resolve. The customer service for this product is non-existent. I’m generally pretty savvy with technology but no matter what I tried I couldn’t get it to work and I’m convinced it is because I didn’t opt in for the ink replacement service. I ended up recycling it. Beware if you buy this printer.

    Overall I’m enjoying my new printer. This was an HP upgrade from a HP Desk jet. printer that I’ve had for years. It matches perfectly with my HP All-in One Desktop Computer the aesthetics, and even the back light while in reserve mode. And the three months of free ink is a plus as well.

    Purchased the HP Envy 6065e to connect to my HP laptop for school assignments and projects. We've had a few issues with connectivity. However, the tech saavy ones in our family have been able to resolve the issue. I wish it had the ability to connect by wire.
