    Very hard to get the end of the charging cable to attach it to the printer. Falls out easily.

    Price was nice, the double sided printing works well. Apparently the software was out of date and not good for scanning & printing. Thank goodness for Geek Squad! It took about an hour to get everything fixed and running smoothly. Other than that the printer works great!
