Having a wireless printer with a display showing status of all aspects of the printer is a luxury. This HP Envy6155e operates efficient. Extremely happy with my purchase. Best Buy you are the the best retail store for this type of item. Thank you

I am a long-time HP user, for both laptops and printers. My 2 previous printers were HP and both lasted several years each, both seeing constant daily use. But this printer... I had constant connectivity issues right from the start. I even followed HP's AI help chat to try to fix the issue, but even that was a bad experience since important steps were missing. It took 3 hours to finally get to where it would print. It worked for about 10 days and then it started acting up again and I had had enough. I'm glad I held on to my older printer just in case. A HP 5055. It still works, but was starting to have minor issues. Crazy how the older 5055 prints faster and connects better than the 6155. Returned for a refund. I 100% do NOT recommend. I will be looking for a Canon or Epson for my next printer instead.

Easy set and seems reliable. HP app is really why I continue to use their products, despite the fact HP remotely took my last printer offline in an attempt to force me to pay them $20/month for it - which should be a DoJ/FTC investigation - but Epson's software is from 2005.

Easy to use, good picture quality. Easy set up. Not to expensive ink.

Just what I needed for my to print for my home office

Like its features for the price - I would loved it even more had it not needed to be reset every once in a while for the wifi detection. but can live with it as (8/10 times it works as expected)

So easy to set up, prints, quickly, and efficiently and the automatic replacement/shipping of ink and paper is absolutely genius!

DO NOT BUY. HP blocks aftermarket ink cartridges. The black ink that came with the printer ran out in under 60 pages. Got some aftermarket ink and the printer will print the error page but the app won’t let me print anything. No way to hardwire to computer to work around.

Now that it's working but it was very very difficult to get it to connect to wireless it took geek squad 3 hours to get my computer and the printer to communicate
