This printer works great..no problems. The first one I purchased, which was the same kind, had a defect and they kindly gave me a new one.

This HP printer is somewhat better than our previous HP printer but still too many steps to make a single copy and very slow. Copies come out fairly good.

I'm tech challenged, but I was able to set it up without any help. I love the size and the features.

I am as interested in its scanning abilities and performance as I am in having a dependable printer. My last all-in-one (a different brand) allowed me to set my own crop lines when scanning, and this one does not (at least I'm not seeing that function when using it). Both Preview and Scan move along slowly. I'm used to Scan being a little slow, but Preview should be much faster. At least the quality of the scans are good. The printer is pretty good most of the time but sometimes the screen states there is no wi-fi connection and that is not true. I think maybe one has to wait several minutes for the devices to sync before one begins. Recently, I printed out one item from internet, then 20-30 seconds later I wanted to print out another internet item and it would not print. I turned the printer's power button OFF, waited a minute, turned it back ON, and then it printed. Who needs that! Accessing the ink cartridge compartment to change cartridges is not good...the compartment should shift out to the left to make it easier. That makes no sense. Perhaps other customers who have purchased this hp printer have had better luck.

Set up was easier than expected. I am not a tech savvy individual. Good quality printing so far. Have not tried pictures yet.

Price was nice, the double sided printing works well. Apparently the software was out of date and not good for scanning & printing. Thank goodness for Geek Squad! It took about an hour to get everything fixed and running smoothly. Other than that the printer works great!

The print is easy to use and prints and scans great.
