Easy to set up. Like the touchscreen feature. Print quality is really good. Comes with ink which is a plus. I'm having trouble connecting it to my wi-fi but I've only tried to hook up to wifi once, so I can't say if it will continue to give my problems.

I am very happy with this printer. I get great quality prints every time. Ive used plain printer paper and glossy paper and no issues with the images. I also love that i can scan and efax. The app also offers great features like scan from your phone, print from your phone etc. I do wish it printed a little faster but overall very happy!

I’ve always had HP printers but the last one I bought was an Epson and only had it a year. I didn’t use it very much but it wouldn’t print so I bought an HP again and it has worked perfectly!

The printer works great. Downfall with windows 10 won't let HP Support work correctly, which means you can't use the display on the printer. You can, however, use the HP Smart to scan, copy, etc

Been having this for a couple months now and I haven’t gotten any issues with it very easy to use and prints out good I love the fact that I can see if there’s anything wrong with it on the screen it has

So far, I'm happy with this purchase. I needed to replace a printer and scanner that weren't wireless and were no longer compatible with my new HP laptop. I don't do a lot of printing or scanning so it works well for me. I'm not a very tech savvy person and was glad that it wasn't hard for me to set up.

The printer is OK. Prints nice but since it is a less expensive model it has a hard feeding just one sheet at a time. I bought it so I could connect it with a cable but there was a label over the cable port saying only use internet. I had to ask at Best Buy to find out that sticker meant nothing and I should just remove it. This should be thought out better.

I needed ink for my printer and this printer was on sale for the same price as new ink so I upgraded. Great printer! easy to setup and works great, Able to easily print from both my computer and phone.

This printer does a fine job with my limited printing needs. I had to get tech support to set it up, but it now works fine.

Good printer and easy to install and set up. Only concern is significant amount of ink it consumes and cost of ink cartridges.

The set up was so simple, it took me about 10 minutes and I was able to print from my laptop and smart phone.The quality and price can't be beat.

Nice looking, good print appearance, quiet. I had a little difficulty connecting it initially. It didn't print from the computer. Still trying to figure it out. The print I did get was a copy document.

Purchased this printer to replace one of another brand that I had purchased a few days before and returned as it would not connect to my internet. This go connected easily and prints and scans like a champ. I highly recommend.
