I am a long-time HP user, for both laptops and printers. My 2 previous printers were HP and both lasted several years each, both seeing constant daily use. But this printer... I had constant connectivity issues right from the start. I even followed HP's AI help chat to try to fix the issue, but even that was a bad experience since important steps were missing. It took 3 hours to finally get to where it would print. It worked for about 10 days and then it started acting up again and I had had enough. I'm glad I held on to my older printer just in case. A HP 5055. It still works, but was starting to have minor issues. Crazy how the older 5055 prints faster and connects better than the 6155. Returned for a refund. I 100% do NOT recommend. I will be looking for a Canon or Epson for my next printer instead.

Great multifunction printer at a very low price. Anxious to see if the ink subscription is worth the money. There are multiple monthly options based upon expected printing volume…but it does seem a little like “Big Brother” is watching since the ink reorders automatically.

This printer is compact and very user friendly! Being easy to set up was a great help, since im not very tech savvy, printer was up and running in less than 20min!

I really like this printer. It was very easy to get set up due to the instructions on the small screen. I got it set up in a very short period of time, and got it tied into my wifi network.

The printer works great. Easy to install being 2 70 - year - old seniors. We buy all our computers and printers from Best Buy. The in-store help was great with our questions; our use and purchase check out!

We are very happy with our new HP Envy 6155e printer. It was easy to set up for wireless printing, quieter, sleek and quick. We definitely recommend it!

We started printing around 100 pages for our office documents one evening and it almost took the whole night to finish them all. Printing quality is superb, scans and prints looks like original documents, uses more ink and cartridges doesn't last long. If you print 2,3 pages everyday of a 10-15 a week, you can buy it, otherwise its not the right product.

This printer is a great choice if you have children in school or work at home.And some people might say that the hP ink is expensive and it is but get the ink subscription is a great deal it depends how many pages a month, they have different plans and in my opinion it is a great deal.

Easy to set up. Love that I can print from my phone and desktop pc. It automatically prints front and back to save paper.

HP Printer works well and was easy to set up. It met my needs.

It is a nice unit, it was fairly simple to set up. I did have some trouble printing, where it went to the print queue, but got "stuck", circling. I ended up having to reset. since then it worked fine. HP troubleshooting worked well.

I had a hard time getting it to communicate with my hp computer. I have it connected by wire now. It seems to take a long time to transmit a one-page document from the computer to the printer; maybe it is a computer problem. Once there, the printer prints fast; the documents look good. Also, I have difficulty knowing if I turned the printer off; the button on the back is not convenient to reach and sometimes the printer appears to still be on. Ugh!

I like thee printers so well that I have 2 of these one for each home.

It was a little complicated, and it required two visits by the Geek Squad, but they did a great job at installing it, and it works perfectly. Thank you!
