    love this new model of the HP printer. It replaced a 8 year old printer with 15,000+ pages printer. I like the flat top and built in paper tray. One thing I wish the touch screen tilted

    So far, my niece is loving this device. However, time will tell. Right now, the ink life seems too short. But now she has the larger cartridges from Insta Ink. I pray that the larger cartridges are the solution to this issue.

    I'm so glad I got the geek warranty because I didn't have any time to open this until over a month after I bought it. But I am covered for any malfunctioning and I can fax those government dox when I need to, wherever I want to.

    We don’t use the printer very much but it works well enough. It connects to all our devices through WiFi. Haven’t had it long enough to know ink costs yet.

    Worked good out of the box...then a few months later just stopped working. BB replaced so we will see how long this one lasts. Would not recommend.

    Had this in to the geek squad to be paired with my new computer. It showed up on HP Smart, but would not connect. Had to get a friend to get it working. Don't know if it the machine or the set up I should be disappointed with

    The printer is working great! Better with iPad and iPhone than with my Lenovo printer? The print cartridges included with the printer had a very short life.

    I have had every possible problem with this printer! It is driving me crazy! It wrinkled every sheet for the first five tries. Latest example: it took the entire stack of paper (3/8 of an inch thick) and tried to pull the whole thing through for a print. And the quality is much worse than my previous printer.
