    The printer makes excellent copies and printout from the computer. The sales associate was EXTREMELY helpful and patient in explaining which one he thought would best suit my needs.

    Printer overall is sleek and easy to use. The one reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is it’ll go into a weird idle sleep mode and is completely unresponsive to the screen touch and it is then unable to print unless you unplug and plug it back in.

    Good printer does the job but the ink that comes with it is less so you will need a replacement soon

    The first thing I didn't like about this printer is that my old HP Envy 5530 printers (2 of them) were much faster that this one, I used to be able to get the Geek Squad to come to the house to do setup's or application issues, now you have to call the number and someone from somewhere takes over your laptop to help. It worked for some applications like word, but didn't on some others. The local store doesn't do anything that involves an app. I've been considering returning the printer.

    I recently upgraded my printer to this and I absolutely love it! Prints fast and quality is great! I am subscribed to the HP ink service so I ever run out. This is a great buy!

    This is our second one. We had to get a replacement because the first one would not print when directly wired to the laptop. My son wanted to use it for college and cannot connect to the network. We took it to Best Buy and they determined that it was a hardware issue. They replaced it with a new one. The previous printer also started off okay but wouldn’t print after 2 months. So far the new one works so we’ll see if it lasts.
