    I have had every possible problem with this printer! It is driving me crazy! It wrinkled every sheet for the first five tries. Latest example: it took the entire stack of paper (3/8 of an inch thick) and tried to pull the whole thing through for a print. And the quality is much worse than my previous printer.

    Hp printers used to be among the best among a crowded field. Their print quality is good but their set up is (HP Smart) is especially difficult for Apple users. Their instant Ink is a lousy "bargain" and once in is much to hard to get out of.

    Right now have been unable to set up. Ord does not stay plugged in to printer, when can get to turn on says errror and printer not working. Called Geek squad, unfortunately had bad accent couldn't understand him. Need to return, replace or forget new printer.

    LOVED it until a week ago when this message showed on screen : “printer error occurred. F0.01.01.02. A critical system error has occurred..,.restart….etc.” FW version 6.22.4.14-202411261957 I’ve tried to fix it. Am getting nowhere. Researched online, can’t find a solution.
