Waste of Dollar Bucks!!
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked for 4 months maybe printed 15 pages max. Constantly disconnects from Wi-Fi and then won’t reconnect. WAPs won’t work, type in password won’t work if you can ever get to that screen. This is hands down to worst experience I’ve had with any Wi-Fi printer. Big fat F to HP

Just no
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Literally started having problems with it the second week after I started using it. Thought it was a fluke. Was trying to work on assignments and print, still had problems. Went to return it and it said window closed. This product sucks.

Paid full price for opened box!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Super unfortunate. Purchased this printer at full price. Upon getting ready to remove from box... it had been opened! Everything was put in box nice, but absolutely nothing was still wrapped in plastic, and only the corner were taped back up. Would bot have had an issue had i paid opened boxed price.

Terrible Printer - Total Garbage
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Would return if we could! Loses WIFI connection daily. After a reset, it still doesn't always connect to all the devices. Do not buy this. Spend your money elsewhere

Garbage
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer is awful and stopped connected within a few months of having it. The hp support sucks too, you would think after paying 100 bucks for a PRINTER it would at least PRINT.

It's a pain and ink cartridges are too small
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It was a pain to set up and connected to WiFi and devices. It didn't stay connected to devices. Ink was basically out after 5 pages. If what you are printing has minimal anything on the page, ink might last longer.

Another flawless HP printer
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you’re looking for a great printer for both documents and photos this HP is the ticket. It’s very easy to set up, with a great experience using the HP app which allows you to print from any device. The design is professional and doesn’t take up too much space, which is always a nice bonus with HP printers. The touch screen functions excellent. The wireless connection is stable and reconnects easily if it ever drops. Overall, it’s a very reliable full functioning printer id trust for years to come. My only small consideration is that you’re now limited to using HP’s proprietary ink with the new security chips. At first it seems a little curious but after you read through and realize they just want the printers to function as intended you can’t blame them. Also with the whole instant ink subscription you can sign up for this printer can order more ink when it gets low by itself so you never have to think about it again AND at half the cost of retail so that really trivializes this to be fair. I think if you’re looking for an affordable, reliable, user-friendly printer with the option to never think about ink again for home use, this is it.
