    Printer overall is sleek and easy to use. The one reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is it’ll go into a weird idle sleep mode and is completely unresponsive to the screen touch and it is then unable to print unless you unplug and plug it back in.

    I love this printer. My old HP printer finally gave it up and this is a perfect replacement. I'm not a techie and the ease of setup and use is truly appreciated. Being able to print and scan is easier on this printer, plus paper and ink loading is more convenient. Overall, a best buy for me.

    Good little printer. Meets all my needs. Easy to set up. Haven’t changed ink yet, don’t know how difficult it will be. Cartridges were somewhat hard to put in.
