So far so good. I’ve had this printer for about a month now and it’s working great. It was easy to set up and the print and scan functions are great. I’ve already received my first free print cartridges via the mail. I’d definitely buy again and recommend it.

The printer works great. It was delivered 3 days ahead of schedule which was a good thing as I had things waiting to be printed. Plus the 7 months of INSTANT INK!!!!!

It took half a day to setup. Quick start had a QR code, but I did not want to install it on my smartphone. I used the link from the quick start on my PC and it took me through some steps but then wanted the printer connected to USB but printer was still in the box. 4 days I finally decided to give it a try. It did manage to install HPsmart on my PC. I plugged in the USB port and it seemed to install OK. Printer does seem to loose the twain driver for the program I use for scanning, but rebooting the PC brings it back. Sometimes I get a scan that is just garbage. I still haven't figured out how to use the wireless part but I did set it up to my wi-fi.

Great printer for a great price. Have used HP Instant Ink for years and my old printer was too old to support all the new features. Really happy with this printer, especially two sided printing. No issues at all, would recommend.

Much better connectivity than the last one. Fast and reliable.

Photo quality are great and the app was really easy to setup on all my devices!

Interesting printer. Not so quick but work well. The WiFi printer is perfect.

I like the item but had a bad time figuring out how to turn the printer on and off. The on and off button is on the back side of the printer.

I really like my printer. It does everything I need it to do. It holds more paper, which is convenient. I wish I had taken advantage of the 6 month instant ink. It would be easier getting ink delivered than trying to find it in stores to buy, plus I think cheaper,

Not a tech wizard? Well I am not & I set this printer up without any issues. Printer aligned properly and my first letter came out clean with no problem. Wireless was the way to go at my house. Thanks HP.

Perfect for home use. VERY easy to set up, including the bonus Instant Ink. Looking forward to self-healing wi-fi.

Prints nice but it makes a constant chirping noise when in Standby or sleep mode. Others online have experienced the same issue with no way to fix it. So annoying I've had it 3 weeks and I finally decide to return it, but my account shows the item not returnable after two weeks. Don't waste your money unless you can live with the grating noise it makes most of the time while sleeping. I also noticed the scanner is flashing repeatedly when opening the lid and probably flashes to the same beat as the chirping noise.

Good printer. No issues the only thingbit added only 2 free month to my insrank ink subscriptiin instead of promised 6.
