Excellent for small printing at home. Love how photos were printed too.

Plug in printer, scan QR code, follow simple directions of installing paper, carriages, scan alignment page for best printing and done! Install mobile app and connect for mobile print, install HP Smart on desktop for desktop printing and the printer comes with all features including FAX!

I needed to replace an older version of the HP Envy that stopped working. It was easy to set up and so far I have had no issues. I have used HP printers for years and found them to be fairly reliable.

I will say, this is by far one of the nicest printers I have purchased. Easy to setup and easy to use. I have had a lot of printers in my time, and this is worth every penny spent.

Replaced my old HP printer with this one. Instructions to set up were easy to follow even for myself. I like the set up was done mostly through internet connection and let me know when it was ready. Have never had a "smart" printer before.

This was the easiest printer to set-up! I had it up and working in a couple of minutes. I had flyers to make on card stock, and it handled them like a breeze!! I am also trying the instant ink and I am excited to see how that works

I was not sure how I was going to rate the printer, but it has worked out well for color printing of documents and photos. The color on the photos is good and holds fast. No smearing. A nice home and business printer for projects that require color or photos.

Love this printer! Prints so nicely and have printed so many coloring pages for my kids. Yes, the tray doesn't hold as much as one could want but it does hold a decent amount. Never have a connection issue with it

The printer works great now. I made the mistake of not signing up for the HP+ and instant ink when I first installed. There is no place in the software to add it later! So I had to spend a lot of time on the phone with HP support (the tech I got was great). Turned out we had to reset the printer and start over, but even then we ran into problems. I could not have done it on my own ever! It was supposed to come with 6+1=7months of instant ink. Trying to get that was a real chore. We never ended up with 7 months, but we did get 6 months. After hours of trying, that was good enough for me. I give 3 stars because of the difficulty with the software and getting the instant ink. If they would fix the software and the promotion I would give it 5. But if you are going to advertise 7 months of ink, you shouldn't have to fight so hard to get it. Note also that you have to claim the ink promo within 7 days or else.
