    I bought this printer last week and used it already few times. It provides me with a good printing job. Scan works excellent as well and I received 6 months of free ink. Great in use for my school and personal staff.

    For the price, this is an excellent little printer so far. It was easy to set up and every function we use has worked perfectly. We have not had good luck with other more expensive printers so are hoping this one continues to perform.

    Great printer. However I am reluctant to give it 5 stars on the basis that the "free" ink program appears to have committed me to HP ink. I use HP ink but the monthly charges are way out of line with the amount of ink I require. I plan to cancel the program later today but am not sure of what hold HP will have on me in the future. I am saying I would recommend the item but caution light users to reject the Free Ink.

    I was so happy to get this printer and ink!! My other printer died, and I needed a new one immediately and Best Buy helped me that day! All I needed was a printer, scanner and copier and I got exactly that. It was easy to order online, and it was even on sale,

    I had a terrible time trying to connect this printer to my computer. Had to call someone who could access my computer and try to get it connected. He too had a hard time, but after an hour on the phone with him, he finally got it connected. I have never had a problem before with connecting a printer to my computer. What and why is this happening?
