I knew the model printer my wife was looking for when I walked in the store. Within 6-8 minutes a rep was helping me setup shipping for delivery the next day to my house. I could not ask for better service . Delivery was next day as promised. Best Buy has my vote!!!

I bought this printer when it was on sale. So far it has been the best inexpensive printer that I have ever bought. It works well with my Dell desktop and it came with 6 months of ink free.

When it works, it kind of works. Why i absolutely HATE this printer and I'm NOT a negative reviewer normally. 1. It makes this awful buzzing sound whenever it's on, so i keep it off until i need it. That defeats the purpose as it's supposed to be able to print when you're out and about. 2. It CONSTANTLY disconnects it's drivers from my PC. 3. It's slow to print. I'll get that stupid error like it's sending and if I'm lucky, it'll print within the hour. Sometimes, once i wake up in the morning, it'll finally be printed. 4. Only i can use it. Most every home has at least 3 devices that can use print services, for whatever reason, it only works for my pc, when it decides to, and my phone. My family has to use other printing means. 5. I almost always double side print, this thing decides what pages it will put on both sides and which ones will be single sided print. And this issue is for the same request, meaning if i ask it to print 10 pages double sided, i might end up with 7 pages, 2 of which are single sided. 6. It doesn't print the entire page all the time. So a whole half of the page will be blank or will have lines left off. How?! 7. I'm not a big printer, but i had to replace the ink within 20 days opening it. I assume they were trying to force me into that ink membership. ABSOLUTELY NOT! So I'm not being a jerk with this review. This is simply a terrible product. Side note, the power button is on the back of the unit which is a hassle. It has a touch screen so i couldn't imagine why they would put in a digital power on/off option.
