    I have not had the chance to actually use the printer. I was told by the sales person that the printer only needed to be plugged in and it would be ready to go. Well, 8 days later I had to hire a young man to install the printer. So much for just plugging it in and printing. Highly disappointed in the Best Buy policy of installation. The GEEK squad had me in touch with a very nice man however I don't know what country he was from for he was very hard to understand which confused me even more.

    Usually I prefer refillable printers because in the long run, it saves you on ink, but if you need a decent printer that uses cartridges this is the way to go.
