    The printer works great. It was delivered 3 days ahead of schedule which was a good thing as I had things waiting to be printed. Plus the 7 months of INSTANT INK!!!!!

    Got this on sale and only needed to print a few pages. It’s good enough. My only reason for 4/5 stars is that the 6 months of free ink is not inside the box.

    Constantly losing wifi or suddenly stops printing for no reason requiring shutting down computer and printer. No big deal except it's happened 3 times in the last week (bought 2 mos ago). I would NOT recommend this model. My last HP Envy printer worked well for about 6 years and suddenly stopped printing color. Still preferable to this one. I recommend staying away!

    For some reason it keeps saying the printer is offline. I hit print and hours later it prints my documents. For some reason it is not instant like it should be.

    Wish I never bought this. Would give 0 stars if allowed. It won't print because my credit card in the instant ink subscription needed to be updated - ok I updated it- still says I'm not allowed to print. I don't need ink yet, just replaced the cartridges I got with the printer with brand new ones they sent be from the subscription and it still says I'm not allowed to print without credit card info.. basically holding my printer hostage. Also says it's printing but doesn't print and when you press cancel print job it asks if you want to cancel and you have to press 'yes' but nothing happens, you can press no and it will continue to say its printing but won't print and won't cancel the job. You can cancel the job on the computer but the printer will still say its trying to print. Says on HP account it is not connected to the internet but when I go to the printer it says it is connected to the internet. Nothing but problems
