    This printer is user friendly. Had to print invitations for my daughter and the quality is really good. i love that there’s a subscription for the ink, i don’t have to leave my home to get replacement. My colored ink was half and i was sent the new one quickly! definitely recommend

    For the price, this is an excellent little printer so far. It was easy to set up and every function we use has worked perfectly. We have not had good luck with other more expensive printers so are hoping this one continues to perform.

    In the short time that I have owned this new printer, it has been very reliable and easy to use. Best part was the excellent price I got from Best Buy. Only minor criticism is that, when it engages to print a document, it make a pretty loud sound that make one wonder if it is actually broken. However, it has never failed to then print properly. Maybe just the owner’s vivid imagination!! :-)

    Overall we love our printer! It is quick and prints beautifully! We felt a little deceived regarding the "6 months of instant ink". We did not follow through with this "offer" because we felt that our privacy would be revealed. :( Not a good form of advertising.

    As the manual does not come in the box, finding where to load thr paper is difficult. Took a more than thorough examination. Other than that, it was easy to set up wireless and easy to use. Have to go slow on the printer keyboard as it is very small.this model has been discontinued.

    If you want simple scanning, copying and printing this is perfect. I don't want extra complicated-just want to plug it in, have it connect easily via w-fi to my computers and go. This is it!

    Plugged in and followed direction. Was printing within 5 minutes after taking out of the box. So thankful! Now I can trash the stupid Cannon Mg3200 where it belongs. After owning an HP printer I will never go back. I love this printer!!
