    Wish I never bought this. Would give 0 stars if allowed. It won't print because my credit card in the instant ink subscription needed to be updated - ok I updated it- still says I'm not allowed to print. I don't need ink yet, just replaced the cartridges I got with the printer with brand new ones they sent be from the subscription and it still says I'm not allowed to print without credit card info.. basically holding my printer hostage. Also says it's printing but doesn't print and when you press cancel print job it asks if you want to cancel and you have to press 'yes' but nothing happens, you can press no and it will continue to say its printing but won't print and won't cancel the job. You can cancel the job on the computer but the printer will still say its trying to print. Says on HP account it is not connected to the internet but when I go to the printer it says it is connected to the internet. Nothing but problems
