I am enjoying my new printer. It was really easy to setup and start using. I purchased HP because I’ve had this brand of printer before and have always liked them.

I was in need of a new printer and I got the best help from the employees at the store. I am very pleased with my purchase.

It’s an excellent product! Prints really good! I just wish I had a screen so I can see if it connected to the internet and what if it doesn’t connect, I can put the password in. I also wish I had the screen to tell me what the ink levels are and such. But that was my mistake

I had a difficult time printing from my phone.Now I'm getting better.

The printer was straightforward to set up and prints plain pages and photos well. I signed up for HP Instant Ink, and see that this will be an economical solution for me.

The wireless part of this item is great. I can print from my phone, i pad and computer.

Good printer. Just a little tricky to setup. But once figured out had no issues.

I love it it is really easy to use I can print I can copy it is compact that it does not take a lot of room and it does not weigh a lot that you can move it around easily

Although I really like HP products, I had some difficulty getting the system to sync.

Took some time to figure out how to scan. Still haven’t figured out how to scan and send to email but I was able to save to documents file. Quality of printer is good. No manual came with it. No display showing options for printing, scanning or faxing.

So far so good! This printer was easy to setup. We do not print much so I have only used it a few times since my purchase however it prints quality documents.

Value priced printer to to replace slower older model in a pinch

Extremely difficult to connect to WiFi. No directions and HP Smart app directions also poor. Went to Naples store and help desk guy didn’t know anything. Tried to connect without opening the HP Smart app. Told me it was my dell laptop causing the problem. Asked for supervisor who finally got the printer/scanner connected to WiFi. At least then I knew the product did work. Finally got it connected at home after hours of time. Now it works but is temperamental. Goes off line for some reason and then you have to do the install process again. Would not recommend to most people. Gave 3 stars because when it works it’s lovely.

I'd love to give this 5, but it CONSTANTLY disconnects itself from the internet, even while actively printing files. It's ridiculous. I love the fact it faxes, which was my primary reason for purchasing it. But this is a huge inconvenience and frustrating to do every time i go to print something.

Its a good printer thus for the price. I signed up for the ink monthly shipments, but I am charged for using my ink that I pay for per-page printed? I mean its my ink that I payed for now I am being charge for printing too much? I don't get it. Looks like I will have reread the fine print.

This printer is exactly what we needed for our home office and at a good price. It does everything we need. The document feeder is a little slow to scan, but that is to be expected and it works perfectly fine.

The ink that was to last six months. The free ink for 6 months is a lie

install was hard for a novice. once installed it seems to do what I want. If I were buying now I would look for a printer with a display
