    So far my printer has been working pretty good! I love the fact that I can print from my phone too.. it’s so pretty and it’s very easy to use. I didn’t give it a 5-star because I have tested all the other features yet but otherwise, I would give it a 5 star rating!

    Terrible. Keeps losing connectivity. Eats paper when fed through feeder. HP tech told me I had worms in my PC but they could fix it for $199! Second try didn’t work either. Third try - under warranty HP will only replace with a refurbished unit. But first we have to troubleshoot again. Sorry, it’s disconnected and in my car. Bad luck, can’t help you.

    Firstly, I want to Thank Daniel Akimoto BB Sales Person who helped me find a printer from the very little stock available. I needed one right away, he was very patient and explained the options to me. I am very happy with the HP Envy Pro 6455 printer, it is very innovative and it has a reasonably priced InstantInk program. I'm always very happy with the items I purchase from BestBuy. Good quality and excellent service. That is why I keep going back to BB for my home needs and home office needs. Mahalo & Thumbs Up!

    Bought new printer and had it installed. Geek squad guy did a fabulous job. We then asked him for help with our new 65” Sony A90J. What a guy he knew all about what was going on showed us what to do if ever it happens again.

    It was worth, spending the extra 40 dollars i am happy that it came with the 6 months ink program which I already use twice basically I can print stuff even when I am not home, print stuff get home and organize it and done.

    Good print quality. Very easy set-up. Just connect to the internet and follow instructions. I have 2 computers, 1 laptop and 1 cellphone connected to the printer from my network.

    I love the mobile fax and that it holds alot of paper. It is also pretty quite as well. I do not like that the black is not bold. I also do not like that the black light does not cut off. It is on all the time and feel like that is a waste of energy. Therefore I unplug it.

    The HP - ENVY Pro 6455 is, for me, a long awaited upgrade. It's tray capacity is plenty for my sporadic home document printing. Its photo printing quality is really what got my attention. I found an old, slightly blurred digital image of a loved one. Using the sharpen image editing option, the print looks better than the pic. It's quieter than my semi retired printer, and faster. Its sleek low profile is unobtrusive on a bookshelf, too. Just a note: My old printer is the HP Officejet Pro 8600. I've enjoyed it for many years. It still works fine. It outclassed other printers in its time. But, today, it looks like it would be comfortable atop a file cabinet adjacent to the water cooler: well, sadly, we all age. It's, now, my go to scanner. HP has served me well.
