Had to exchange this HP for a Canon. Spent 5 hours on the phone with HP consultants being juggled all over the world only for them to tell me to call my internet provider. What's interesting is my new Canon printer set up in minutes.

Good printer to do basic tasks. A bit tricky to set up with the app.

I like my HP Envy. It's taking a little adjustment from my HP5700 Officejet. There isn't a menu window on the printer, so sometimes it takes a while to figure out what's wrong. Everything is managed from your phone app. Other than that, it works great!

This printer works great for my home office needs. The multiple print options allows for printing anywhere in the world.

HP printer is excellent! I like the fact that it has the wireless component.

Great product, easy to set up, easy to link to several devices. Prints and copies fast. Ink is inexpensive. I would recommend this product.

Easy to setup, instructions were easy to follow. I did it myself. Print quality is good, even photos. Seems to be a good low volume printer.

Have problems with tech support trying to find operating instructions. When I purchased I was under the understand that it would multi feed documents to be copied. Have yet figured out how.

No issues, set up was a breeze. Love the top feed. Scanning, double side printing, all a breeze. No connection problems.

When I opened the box, I discovered I'd replaced my old printer with an updated version. It took some time and help from HP to get it set up, but it is working now. The old one didn't.

Easy, simple and ready to go within minutes of opening the box. If you just need some papers printed and scanned this printer works great!

Took a bit of getting used to working the printer through the app, but i got the hang of it and its worked as advertised.

Printer was a very good price, and so far it’s been very good. Very easy setup right out of the box. The ink is a little hard to find,but getting by.

The Envy series appears to be ideal for home / personal use and not home-office. It has some nice features but installation was tedious. It took more than 6 hours with HP tech support and 3 phone calls to achieve success.

After the very nice young woman from the GEEK SQUAD came to the house and got my computer to talk to the new printer everything works fine!!

I bought this printer to replace an aging HP OfficeJet All-in-One. The folks at Best Buy were extremely helpful in going over the differences between several HP and Epson models. Overall color and clarity are excellent. I especially wanted wireless printing and the ENVY Pro is easy to set up on your wi-fi network. The paper capacity is small, but I'm not printing large documents, these days, so the size of the paper drawer is not really an issue. This is a really good printer at a good price for a small home-office like mine.

Great product. Simple to set up and easy to use. Can print straight from my phone or any other device on the network. Highly recommend.
