It does its job well. I like the app functionality and it makes printing at home pretty easy.

It is light weight, simple, easy to use. I'd reccomend it . Only issue is ink runs out quickly but the cost of ink is very affordable

My previous printer was also an HP, but I must say this model is more advanced than my previous.

Super useful. I love how easy it is to use and it’s not too big or heavy to fit in my desk without creating bulk.

The printer is better than I expected I can print from anywhere

We wanted a printer that is low profile and small to fit in home office, but is a quality printer like HP's bigger models. This fits the bill!

Have problems with tech support trying to find operating instructions. When I purchased I was under the understand that it would multi feed documents to be copied. Have yet figured out how.

This printer works great for my home office needs. The multiple print options allows for printing anywhere in the world.

We needed to get the printer to be able to copy paperwork and copy receipts since they disappear so easily

Very happy with this once I had help getting it set up correctly. It wasn’t as easy as the salesman said it would be. But Tech Support for HP was AWESOME. I love being able to print things for my job, here at home.

Took a bit of getting used to working the printer through the app, but i got the hang of it and its worked as advertised.

Works well but still trying to figure out how to scan.

Multiple reasons I am unhappy with this printer. Blinking lights and combinations of blinking lights are how you are expected to know what is happening with the machine. It is not at all intuitive. I had to print out the pages from the manual to keep them handy since I had to look them up so often. Five pages worth of light combinations. Who thought having no readable display was a good idea? Every time we have to change the ink, which is a lot more often than I ever needed to before, it also prints out a new alignment page. I think I've printed more of these pages than actual printouts - how am I going through so much ink when I don't print all that often? I have never gone through ink so fast. For all I know, it's using a timer and not actually measuring the ink. Having to open up the app every time I want to do something. What a nuisance. Old printer/scanners would communicate with the computer without needing to do this. The app is as unintuitive as the blinking lights. Over the last three days, it has had moments of every light blinking like mad and nothing in the manual says what to do about it. The only fix is to unplug it. Print quality is good. Scan quality is good. Not good enough to put up with this other nonsense. Wish I could return it.

I am pleased with this product. However, why does it waste paper and ink by printing the information about the product, each time I print?

So far so good this machine has delivered as it stated it would. Love the app that works with it also. So easy to install although I must of missed a step figuring out the ink cartridges but they are in.
