This is my first HP Printer and it does not disappoint. The speed and being able to print on both sides to save paper when you have 2 kids and one adult in school that need to print is amazing. I have already recommended it to family and friends. The price for ink cartridges only having to buy 2 cartridges for color and black versus having to buy 4 cartridges fits better into our budget than previous printers we had. Thank you for making and sell such a great product.

Most things are easier to connect/install/use. While this gave the appearance that it was super simple to connect to my PC using Windows 10, it is constant frustration regarding printing using the Microsoft Windows vs. the HP print function. I still can't get the short-cut for print and scanning to function in an easy, simple manner. And forget customer support. So far all I can get is the virtual support which is dumbed-down A.I. support. I also tried to figure out if there is a power saving mode and/or a sleep mode for the printer. There goes another 20 minutes of my life I will never get back. And now I am writing this review so add another 4.5 minutes of my life I will never get back.

So far I do like it. I thought the price was decent, with three months of "free" printer ink by signing up for automatic delivery, which can be cancelled whenever you want.

It is an amazing printer, I want to just love and be happy with it but I have that one issue with it. Not Best Buys fault. The closest Best Buy to me is 1.5 hours away, I purchased it to work remotely from home and needed it to start work immediately so an exchange would have been extremely difficult especially considering that 90% of the printers I was interested in from Best Buy were not in stock!!

But it keeps randomly going offline, so I have to unplug it and plug it back in. Not a huge issue, and there's probably an easy fix, just haven't messed with it yet.
