So far so good. Haven't had to use it much yet.. I wish Microsoft didn't charge to use their app or I would be printing much more.

Enjoy this printer, after I finally got it connected to my devices. I have to carry a cord with me so if it doesn’t connect I can use the cord and print. I wish it was easier to connect wirelessly

You can never reconnect to a different WiFi and the support does not help. They just try to sell you other services. Do not waist you time with them.

Not only is it a great product and a good price, the sales person at the Hagerstown Maryland store did a great job helping me narrow down my choices based on my needs.

I end up buying a new printer about every year. I have low expectations for this one. It works as described but has no phone connection for faxing; any faxes must be scanned in and sent by computer.

It's a bit slower to begin to print BUT I appreciate having a printer that actually works! I'm still learning some of what more it can do.

Challenging to set up. Requires smartphone app and instructions are confusing. Lack of display window a definite drawback. Print quality good. Love the automatic duplex printing.

It seems fine now, but it took awhile to figure out that you should turn it on only when you're ready to print something. Leaving it on, it wouldn't print. Also, I would appreciate some kind of booklet explaining how it works.

Just happy with the technological advances that make this All-In-One printer easy and seamless. Only negative is the bright light that stays on where the paper goes which they really don't need. It's annoying.

I've had it about a month. It's a nice printer but I have had trouble keeping it on my network -- can't tell if that's a problem with the printer or the network. It has very small. flat button on the back that has the universal symbol of power on it. I know it worked when I first set up the printer but now it doesn't depress. If it drops the network, I have to unplug the printer and re-plug it in to get it back on the network. There might be a way to do it through the computer yet. Would be very handy to have some software that would help it re-connect, It's not real fast but prints well.

The ink refill “mandate” and the online registration hoops you must jump through makes me want to never buy HP printers again.

    Avoid HP

I have experience more problems than I anticipated with this printer. And the worst component is the support and the limitations from the HP company. They essentially force you into their “instant ink” subscription process, and it’s very difficult to cancel and get away from the encumbrance and the nuisance. For example I finally figured out that this subscription was not a good deal for me, but it took me two or three months to finalize the cancellation. The process was arduous. Then, finally, when the subscription automatic, Inc. delivery was canceled, simultaneously my printer ceased to function. Evidently there are tentacles that reach right into your own personal printer and deactivate it immediately. I don’t know how they do that, but in order for your printer to start working again, you have to go out and buy new ink cartridges, outside of their subscription service, in order to make your printer start working again.

The printer is working well. I didn't want to utilize WiFi so I had to buy an expensive USB cable to connect the printer to my desktop computer. I think HP should have included that cable in the same box the printer came in.
