No issues and it’s simple to use, only issue is the feeder process for scanning is kind of slow but it works efficiently.

HP smart set-up is not smart at all. I am not an IT specialist but the set-up procedure thinks you are. Had to delete and reinstall set up 4 times before it recognized the printer. Finally had to get a printer cable and hook it up that way. WiFi and Bluetooth never did work.

It burns through ink like you wouldn't believe, though. Supposedly, you get 120 sheets per ink cartridge, but I've been printing text (no images) using draft mode and I don't think I'm getting 120 pages. Also, sometimes it loses communication with the printer and I have to unplug it and plug it back in. I guess all our technology does that sort of thing from time to time, doesn't it? I also wish it held more paper in the tray. Basically, be prepared to change your ink and paper at the same time.

HP has always been a joke

Spent two hours trying to connect this thing. The HP smart app has a serious issue and has crashed our Brand new M1 Macbook multiple times during setup. We cannot use the other connection methods in our situation. I would review the printing quality if this thing would actually connect and work. Forgot to mention at this price without a screen its a joke too.

New printer working now but for how long?
