Best little printer I've ever had. It does everything and it's wireless too!!! I love that. I also joined the lnk program...got my first ink cartridges in the mail today.

Bluetooth makes it very easy to hook up to phone, computer, etc. and start printing! Very simplistic design, easy to learn.

This unit is awesome for my needs. No issues whatsoever. I use the print service too so when the ink is low they automatically send me new ink.

HP has always been a joke with connectivity and software issues on printers. Spent two hours trying to connect this thing. The HP smart app has a serious issue and has crashed our Brand new M1 Macbook multiple times during setup. We cannot use the other connection methods in our situation. I would review the printing quality if this thing would actually connect and work. Forgot to mention at this price without a screen its a joke too.

Needed a scanner and printer since I work remotely from home, it scans, prints, and copies. No issues and it’s simple to use, only issue is the feeder process for scanning is kind of slow but it works efficiently.

Bought as a gift - receiver is happy with it. Wifi range is an issue though

the printer is nice but I had to download winzip to access the printer for my phone because Microsoft wants 10.00 a month.you don't need to pay for printer hardware witch this printer shows easy steps to Microsoft.

This is a decent printer, although you can probably get something of the same quality for less. It burns through ink like you wouldn't believe, though. Supposedly, you get 120 sheets per ink cartridge, but I've been printing text (no images) using draft mode and I don't think I'm getting 120 pages. Also, sometimes it loses communication with the printer and I have to unplug it and plug it back in. I guess all our technology does that sort of thing from time to time, doesn't it? I also wish it held more paper in the tray. Basically, be prepared to change your ink and paper at the same time.

The main function of a printer is to print. This printer refuses to do that--it will print one document fine, and the next it will tell me there is an error during printing and only half print the document. Then a few minutes after cancelling the half-done print job, the printer will suddenly decide to print the document...only to error out again. This printer is wasting paper, wasting my time, and I now consider it a huge waste of money. Scanning features are nice, but when I need to actually print a document it simply can't get the job done.

A very ‘smart’ machine. HP puts out a great product. Used the Geeks to install. A stress free day. Keep up the good work.

works great but extremely difficult to set up, had to call customer service / HP support and spend close to an hour. HP Instant Ink is great!

Easy to set up, prints and copy's well. Printing is crisp and clear, I am waiting for photo paper to come in.

This printer by far have the best printing tool. Easy instruction for use and have a tool to order the ink.

the printer works well, however already jammed once. I didn't realize the commands are thru the PC, so are forced to operate it from there unless it's a basic copy. The clarity and color are very good.

My new printerwas " a piece of cake" to install. Smooth operation and easy to operate.

Purchased to make my truck into my mobile office. I work as an inspector so this gets used for paperwork all the time and makes life easy, my paperwork is done before i leave a jobsite.
