I didn't realize the commands are thru the PC, so are forced to operate it from there unless it's a basic copy. The clarity and color are very good.

The printer works quite well and does not take up much space.

I print a lot of power point lectures out weekly. It worked well for the first 3 weeks, now it jams all the time. I would not purchase this model again.

Considering that as a student you need to print PowerPoint lectures often, I can certainly understand why that would quickly become exasperating. I want to help you solve this problem, so I’ll suggest some resources I hope will make that happen.

Took several hours, but finally started working correctly. Then i had an Xfinity upgrade which changed my modem, therefore passwords etc. I spent hours trying to get the printer to connect to my computer, with no useful help online. And it does not come with any written instructions. What instructions it does have, doesn't show what all of the buttons are. I was ready to give up, but then remembered i had a printer cable left over from the old printer (HP does not include a cable). With this cable i was finally able to get it to reconnect to my printer. It is sad that there is very little availability of different HP printers in the store.
