This printer refuses to do that--it will print one document fine, and the next it will tell me there is an error during printing and only half print the document. Then a few minutes after cancelling the half-done print job, the printer will suddenly decide to print the document...only to error out again. This printer is wasting paper, wasting my time, and I now consider it a huge waste of money. Scanning features are nice, but when I need to actually print a document it simply can't get the job done.

And the worst component is the support and the limitations from the HP company. They essentially force you into their “instant ink” subscription process, and it’s very difficult to cancel and get away from the encumbrance and the nuisance. For example I finally figured out that this subscription was not a good deal for me, but it took me two or three months to finalize the cancellation. The process was arduous. Then, finally, when the subscription automatic, Inc. delivery was canceled, simultaneously my printer ceased to function. Evidently there are tentacles that reach right into your own personal printer and deactivate it immediately. I don’t know how they do that, but in order for your printer to start working again, you have to go out and buy new ink cartridges, outside of their subscription service, in order to make your printer start working again.

I love the color and the design, but wasn't a fan of the set up. Maybe I made it more difficult than it had to be? I am used to a touch screen monitor that tells me everything, this one is very minimal. That makes me a bit nervous but we shall see how it works out. My complaint at this time...it prints soooooo slow! In this day and age, printers should not be slow. I had a basic document- a school supply list. It took forever. What's it going to be like to print something with some color on it? My Epson was super fast.
