    We do the like ease and quality of the printer. However, because of the pandemic, we have not had the chance to contact Best Buy with the problems we are experiencing. The two concerns are: 1) the on/off switch does not operate; 2) the printer goes off-line randomly (most likely because of internet provider). The only way to get it back on-line is to disconnect the electrical power cord. (Remember the on/off switch does not work>) Again we like the printer but because of the pandemic we are unable to bring it back to the store.

    Have connection issues alot but when its working it does a great job. Because of the connection issues i have had and how hp couldnt really solve my problems of help me it gets 3 stars

    Printer works well but it is a pretty light duty printer-fine for light home use. Easy to set up and easy to change print cartridges although they are somewhat expensive.

    This printer is very unreliable and difficult to work with and will always let you down when most needed. This printer should be removed from the market unless some serious upgrades and improvements are made. Add a screen, for example, and improve its horrible WiFi intermittent connection.
