Well it's dead after only a few months. Started with a paper jams and followed by not powering on. No paper is stuck the power is fine. This is printer went in the trash and I'll never TRUST a bestbuy associate again on printer recommendations.

There is a blue light on the output slot that stays on continuously. I would return it for a refund, but I am now outside of the 15 day window for returns.

Have to love the new compact design of this unit, it is a pleasant contrast in comparison to previous designs while maintaining the document feeder and flat bed scanning options. Moreover, the printer supports 2 sides printing which was especially important to minimize the amount of paper used when printing large documents.
