It seems like every time I want to print something, I have to unplug the printer and let it restart. It keeps getting lost from my network. Printing from some of the android devices from my home seems to be impossible for some reason. You can see the printer but can't send the documents to it. Wish there had been better choices to of selected from.

I bought a higher model this time and bought a 4 year service plan. Hopefully it will last longer. But for the price it is a good deal. As for this model it was easy to set up. I love the automatic feed for copies and scanning. Prints nice.

It continues to jerk the paper hard. Then has a paper jamb. I have had about six. One was so tangled, I almost could not get out. It glows yellow sometimes, yet instructions do not explain.

This printer required downloads and updates so it was not easy to set up. There were no instructions in the box so I was unable to do any printing until those were completed and online instructions were not always clear. In addition, the USB cable for the initial link to my laptop was missing from the box. Fortunately, I had not yet given my other printer away and was able to use that cable. So far - post setup - it has been a good tool.
