I had a need for a durable hone printer and I found TGS perfect fit in the HP Envy 6400 All in one printer.

Easy set up, 30 mins, able to print from different devices. Ink doesn't last long but switched to the XL cartridges and was able to print more.

Didn’t expect to have to replace a 13 month old HP printer. But the one this replaced was only that old. Out of warranty and the testing options kept coming to call service or replace… New printer works. Only one in-stock at Best Buy at a reasonable price. Setup was no issue. However must be internet connected to work. Lousy HP requirements… Hope it lasts a lot more than 13 months…

Exactly does what it says. Photos are beautiful. Bought for scanning capabilities.

With the support of the Geek Squad, the printer was up and running using the direct print feature from HP

Disappointed that I must use an app to copy, scan or print. I’d prefer to scan and print at the machine. Not easy to learn how to use. No manual or online help.

Works great love the way it prints. And boy o boy it’s a real printer’s printer. And you can take that to the bank homeboi. Can ya dig it, I sholl can. That HP ENVY is a bad motha, shut yo mouth. I wish I would have returned this and invested in a better printer. I constantly have issues with this printer. If I am lucky enough to connect to the printer and complete a print job, I have to unplug the printer and let it restart before a second print job. It doesn't always "find" the printer in which HP stated that I have to be within a few feet of the router to connect. Most times, my laptop will say that it is printing, but nothing happens. Again, I have to unplug the printer, let it restart, and then print. I spend TONS of money on ink, because HP caps how many pages you can print. This is so you will subscribe to their ink delivery. When I change the ink, you can literally feel that it isn't empty, but it won't let you print until you change it. Save your money and invest in something better.

Do not like the having to remove printer paper to insert HP photo paper to make photo prints. Not aware of this when I bought. One reason I returned to BBY.

Took two visits with Geek squad but finally working. The power button in the back is hard to reach, much better if in front.

The printer looks great and functions well. It runs very quiet and prints very good looking copies. The only downside is that installing the software was a bit tricky. You have to install an app on your phone and do some other stuff to get the printer going. Once everything was installed the printer worked great and doesn't miss a beat.

No complaints here I love everything about this printer main reason I can print remotely from my phone.
