    The printer is nice. But you have to do everything through the app. And if the server is down then you cant do anything. Just a few gliches here and there.

    the cartridges that the machine brings is very low in quantity. It only has the capacity to print more than 20 color sheets regardless of low quality…

    The printer looks great and functions well. It runs very quiet and prints very good looking copies. The only downside is that installing the software was a bit tricky. You have to install an app on your phone and do some other stuff to get the printer going. Once everything was installed the printer worked great and doesn't miss a beat.

    It works well. But it is relatively slow to begin the actual printing. the scan is not good compared to my previous Epson (300 vs 600).

    A great product at a wonderful value! I like that HP now allows you to get ink refills via subscription for $3/month. My prints are vivid and my copies are perfect! While I do think it's excessive to have 2 companion apps, they do their job and keep you informed about the in and outs of the printer. Highly satisfied with this purchase.

    Purchased this as a gift for my granddaughter for doing her schoolwork during CO-VID shutdowns when her printer stopped working. They had a little difficulty setting up the printer with her school IPad, but the Geek squad helped and she's up and running! Great printer for the price and the ink is reasonable!!!

    Not loving it. Bought this mainly for printing family pictures, and crafting pictures to put in resin. Was hoping it might be decent with business cards.... TERRIBLE FOR ALL OF THE ABOVE. It’s better for printing documents, definitely nice for scanning. That’s about it. Also - apparently HP app is no longer a thing as of December 2020, and no talk of a replacement app. It was also a B**** to set up **MAC USER**
