    Even with help from my son, I found the setup instructions vague. Its operation is inconsistent. Frequently I see an “Error” message when trying to print a document. Other times it prints only half the page. I’m very happy with the document feeder for copying and the back to back printing option. When it does what I want it to, the quality is very good, but I experience frequent frustration.

    The best part of this printer was how easy the set up was. I Was skeptical since the entire set up was through an HP app but it went seamlessly. I was able to link all our cellular devises and tablets to it easily. It prints, scans, copies all via wi-fi and can be done remotely. So far, we give this printer 5 stars.
