Do NOT buy this printer. I bought it in February and it stops working all the time. If you let your HP instant ink trial end, HP remotely disables the printer. If your credit card expires and you haven't given HP your new card number, HP remotely disables the printer. If you print more pages than your estimated number in your instant ink plan, HP remotely disables the printer. I've wasted countless hours troubleshooting and resetting the printer, the app, my wifi network, etc. After researching online, I learned that many people have this issue with the HP "e" products. You are pretty much required to pay them monthly for the ink plan, and they reserve the right to pause printing and also collect your personal data. I am going to throw this in the trash in buy a different brand.

Great printer. It is not the fastest but it holds it own.

Even with help from my son, I found the setup instructions vague. Its operation is inconsistent. Frequently I see an “Error” message when trying to print a document. Other times it prints only half the page. I’m very happy with the document feeder for copying and the back to back printing option. When it does what I want it to, the quality is very good, but I experience frequent frustration.

Works well so far. Did not like the fact I had to register with HP in order for the printer to work. Do not check HP app daily.

The printer ink for my HP printer is good and very reasonable in price.

Looks good, prints fast and detailed but it requires all of the ink cartridges to be in and with ink to be able to print.

So far so good. Haven’t had this very long. Our last HP printer lasted 8 plus years - some years with heavy use. Easy set up.

This is the first printer we've purchased in about 8 years. It was easy to set up. The colors are striking and the images are clear. It prints at a great speed for our needs. Scanning documents and photos couldn't be simpler. I recommend this to anyone for at home use,

would have gave it a 5 but I do not like the on and off is in the back. It would be nice if it would be nice if it would be on the front

The best part of this printer was how easy the set up was. I Was skeptical since the entire set up was through an HP app but it went seamlessly. I was able to link all our cellular devises and tablets to it easily. It prints, scans, copies all via wi-fi and can be done remotely. So far, we give this printer 5 stars.

Nothing special. I bought it relying on the sales person. When the printer arrived it did not have the features I wanted....just living with it

Great entry-level home printer/copier. Easy to use & set up, even for those of us that are a bit "tech challenged"!
