I love this new printer. My grandson connected it to my new computer. It is so easy to print. Everything comes out bright. It is easy to put more paper in the slot. My other printer was complicated and it didn't print everything on one page. I don't have a smart phone to save things on, so I like to print a lot of articles to read when I want.

Easy to set up. Print quality good and easy to change the ink.

For the money, it's a good printer. Fairly quick and easy to load paper and replace ink. My first one (bought 1 1/2 years ago) had trouble staying connected to the network, but this one doesn't seem to have that problem.

Easy to setup and great small size -- like the ability to use wireless and with USB port -- and the top feeder is great for making copies

This is a nice basic printer for light use, decent speed, quality result. The instant ink feature is a big plus. The new display format takes some getting used to but ultimately it is able to provide more information than the old screen.

Easy to setup and use wireless small and easy to fit in most places, 3in1 features are working good so far it's a good buy in my opinion.

Affordable and easy to use plus easy to connect to phone

It is quiet. It is a bit slower starting to print than previous printer but not a big deal. It can only have one size paper which I was a bit disappointed with but my fault that I didn’t even think to ask about that when I finally found someone in the store to take my money. (In my previous printer I had letter size and photo paper both.). Other than that, so far, so good. It was inexpensive.

The printer for this non-techie person was easy to set up and work, without getting extra help. I like the ease of printer ink plan that came with this item. Keeping it simple is appreciated, and it still provides fine quality. Thank you, HP!

I updated my computer to Windows 11, and my printer I have had for many years stopped allowing me to scan because of this upgrade, and I had to get a new printer. This hp is nothing like the one I had before, but it gets the job done. It prints much slower, and it uses Wi-Fi (don’t really care for that). It takes up less space and is easier to move than my old printer, so that’s a plus. Overall, I would have preferred to keep my old printer, but this printer will do.

I bought the next generation of my printer, but was disappointed when I realized too late that it didn't have a control screen. Also, everything has to be printed over the Internet,, with no option to use a usb and cable. Wish I would have seen that before purchase. Also, it sucks down ink like it's pouring out of the unit. The ink cartridges are cheaper than my old printer, but the ink runs out sooooo fast, even with XL cartridges. The printer is ok, but not as good as my old HP that died and had to be replaced.

Printer is Easy set up, Took about 15 minutes. Works as designed, good quality. Ink included. Requires app download. Reliable. So far so good. HP reliability. I would purchase this product again.

Easiest setup ever! It prints like a dream and I love the new display. It makes it very easy to see what is happening. I didn't know how much I loved HP printers until I had a different brand. Never again will I stray.

Nice prints. Fast enough for home use. Easy setup with the phone app. Bluetooth connectivity is only for setup, not for printing.

Great for home office with limited print quantity requirements.

I think it is a decent copier for the price. I hate that is glows a blue light constantly, it should at least go into some kind of sleep mode when not in use. When I turn it off, it seems to take too long to reset, could be user error? it did print nice photos which is what I was hoping for
