    A lot of lights to impress but it falls short on features that matter. We had to discover the printer cable port that was covered up and not mentioned in the tutorial. There is no command window on board and having to go on line to perform functions is not user friendly. I still don't know what the buttons on the right side do. The power switch should not be located on the rear of the machine either.

    The printer was relatively painless to set up, which was good because I am not a tech genius. It works well for a home printer. Printing is fairly quick and the printing itself is quite good. All in all I am very happy with the purchase.

    I needed a new printer quickly and this was about the only thing they had in stock to meet my needs. I have regretted it ever since. It seems every time I go to use it, I end up having to turn it off/on 2 or 3 times before it will work, which is a real pain as it is in another room. (and NO, there's nothing wrong with my wireless or laptop). I can run the software app and it reports that everything is fine, yet it often doesn't work until I turn it off/on a few times. it has some indicator lights on the front but they aren't even labeled as to what they mean. There are no notifications on my pc. I had to print a page out of the pdf and tape to the wall so I know what the indicators and buttons are for. I've owned a lot of printers in my lifetime but this is the worst. I'm shopping for a replacement now. One thing I do like is the paid ink program by HP. It saves money on ink. To bad I will probably buy something else.

    Great product, I love the fact that I can be anywhere in the house and I can send my documents, pictures to print. Also the doble side print option is a plus. It’s easy to set up and it works with all kinds of devices, The app from HP is user friendly. So far so good.

    I've had this printer for three days and it is THE worst printer I've ever owned. It doesn't stay on wifi, your computer can't find it, and HP insists that you use their inferior software to operate it. If all this wasn't bad enough, the printer has these UGLY lights that stay on 24/7 and you cannot turn them off, you can only dim them. Save your money and save your sanity. I'll be returning this printer tomorrow.

    Junk - After a few months always had to clean ink jets. After 12 months always smeary from black ink, even after cleaning, aligning etc. 14 months black ink stop printing all together. The cartridges move etc as if printing but come out blank. Tried new cartridges, cleanings, reboots, resets. Nothing worked. Going back to Cannon.
