    It takes too long to print. Sometimes you have figure out what’s going on with the printer because it stops printing.

    Problematic printer from the get-go. HP Smart app wasn't great. I am an experienced printer purchaser and this unit was the worst I have ever purchased. Firmware issues and scanner never truly worked. Kept it for only a few days and returned it for a Brother MFC-J43350W. The Brother unit worked like a champ right out of the box. Sorry I wasted a bunch of time trying to get the HP to work. After 40+ years of dedicated HP purchasing (for my businesses and for me personally), I won't buy another HP for a long while. Too bad for sure.....

    The printer is a very nice looking machine, however it is extremly slow in printing documents. I was in need of a printer asap and I carefully choose this printer. Not carefully enough, but decided to keep out of necessity. Would not buy again and would not recommend. Had the 3830 before and thought this to be a good replacement. No.

    This printer is great. I signed up for instant ink and have been extremely pleased with this service. I love the instant connectivity to the internet. I love the resolution of the print product. I have had absolutely no problems whatsoever and I am NOT technology savvy.

    I bought this printer for my father for Christmas. There has been problems with it. It won't connect to WiFi. Then it won't wake from sleep mode. So right now not happy.

    The scanning process is a difficult 3 step process. I wish I hadn’t bought it. HP support was poor, tedious and slow.

    i love the look of this printer, the little ambient light and the noises. However, i feel like the ink runs out too soon and i also have issues with printing from my desktop. It doesnt detect my desktop. I have to reset and set up the printer everytime. I dont know if its an issue with the desktop or printer, but its a real pain.
