    This is a good printer for what I needed it for but don’t like the amount of ink it uses and the ease of function is not good. Spend a little more look at something with the control panel on it. If you likeSomething that is based entirely off your phone then this is the printer for you but if you’re like me and you like a control board on the printer then this is definitely not the printer for you.

    Very affordable I replaced a very expensive printer with this one in an emergency. It's been a staple for me ever since. Awesome clarity, and the HP App is the best I've seen!!!

    Awesome little printer! HP now has this program that they’ll monitor your ink and even paper usage and send you more before you run out. I do the ink because it’s cheaper and I despise going out to get it.

    Had it for a couple of weeks now and printer works great. Photo printing is good but only complaint is the control panel. The icons light up when in use but they are very faint. It prints fairly fast and I love the Instant ink plan. I am satisfied so far.

    Setup was easy but it took sometime with HP app. After everything is ready when the printer is idle, it produces a faint pitch sound which you can hear it when the room is quiet. It's not loud but annoying. Tried to unplug and everything and the sound is still there. Decide to return it and try other printers.

    I bought from Best Buy because I was assured that you provided tech services only to be told when I made my purchase that you do not provide such services where I live in Chino, California. As a result, I have an all-in-one printer-copier, but cannot figure out how to work the scanner or if it is even hooked up. I cannot fully rate a product when I cannot use all its features, particularly the one I really wanted.
