easy to use, troubleshooting errors is not super intuitive, but doesn't happen often.

Easy to set up, prints from phone or computer. Love it.

I started off with the ink subscription and realized I don’t use it that often. You can use regular ink too, but it has to fit the printer. Especially great for kids birthday party print offs and Amazon returns.

I like ink jet printers because they are inexpensive and (depending on your use) the ink is not as costly as others would have you think. This printer is good, serviceable, and reliable. Only two things that go against it. 1) the document feed for scanner is very slow but it eventually get the job done. 2) the machine is very susceptible to electrical surges. It’s worth investing in a surge protector and getting the service cotract.This is why this is my second printer of this model because the first one got zapped in a bad thunder storm. I live one Tampa FL, the lighting capitol of the world.

I love HP and always buy HP. I wanted a simple and more compact scanner to keep in my Class A Motorhome. Installation and set up was easy. Wireless and links to my laptop and phone easily. Also, I love INSTANTINK.

Nice prints. Fast enough for home use. Easy setup with the phone app. Bluetooth connectivity is only for setup, not for printing.

Love everything about the printer. Easy to install, setup, and use. Extremely reliable and print quality is excellent.

Excellent print quality. East to set up. Wifi connection is a bit sketchy. Just need to move closer, then responds well.

Awesome printer, prints double sided relatively quick. The automatic scanner is awesome, I hope this printer lasts a long while, it’s definitely worth the extra price over the default/cheaper one sided HP printer

It's a great printer for the money. For me it was difficult to link to my Chromebook.

Excellent printing quality for color pictures and photographs. Compact design is a plus. Set-up for wireless and network printing was simple. Download free HPSmart software for help in scanning and additional information.

This is a nice slim machine, works well. I like the color and is easy to use.

This is a really nice printer. The only negative that I can think of is that it seems to take a while to warm up. Now maybe I’m not as patient as I should be, but the print is really nice and precise. Has all the functions that I could possibly use or need.

Very good quality photo printing, easy setup, only con so far is that it does go through ink really quickly

So far, my 2nd printer is working......had to return my last one because it worked for about a month, took it on a trip to Oregon, and it never worked again.......and I bought this smaller printer for travel.......so far I haven't taken this away from my house, but wanted to test it prior to traveling again so I could return it if it stopped working.......kinda scared to take it away from home again

This is a great personal printer. I already owned one of these printers and purchased a second one for a second office. The print great and easy to use.

This is a great printer for the money…simple to use , easy to load and connects to Wi-Fi quickly. Print quality is very high and photo prints are acceptable. I would recommend this to anyone looking to replace a printer.

I bought this printer for my fiancé who has never owned a home printer. It is easy to operate for a novice. The on/off switch is in the back which is inconvenient. A blue light is visible when the printer is ON, a good reminder to turn it off. I was able to down load the manual so I can help when he gets stuck.

HP is my go to printer for home use. We have only used HP printers for many years because of the ease of use, excellent quality, and customer support.
