    This is the worst printer I've ever owned. It doesn't print 90% of the time, and even when it does, it runs out of ink after about 15 pages

    The HP print app is difficult to use. I have had 2 different Geek Squad people here to help me get the printer to work. It works while they are here but once they leave, I am unable to print from any device, This is my 4th HP printer and probably my last. I plan to return it to Best Buy, I would NOT recommend this printer at all!

    Technically a good print. However, there is an issue with the driver as color print options are not available for computer files. Color is only available for scanning and copying. I have also been having a problem logging into Web Services to use the Instant Ink service. I keep getting a server unavailable message.
