Great printer but just a little slow. No problem though prints well.

I had a lot of trouble with this wireless printer connect to my computer. TJ with Best Buy Geek Squad found it was defective and recommended a upgrade to a different printer. Took this one back to Best Buy for a full refund.

printer lasted for a short time maybe a year.... then the wi-fi just stopped working. Best Buy does not work on these either so that makes matters even worse. WIll not be buying another

I love my printer! I can print from my computer and phone and IPad. I love because it’s small and don’t take up much space at all and it wireless and very easy to setup. I would Recommend this to anyone that needs a printer!

Works fast and has vibrant colors. Using to make stickers on printable vinyl and also for my kids doing schoolwork at home.

I wanted a Brother printer because that's what I had and I wanted another but none were available so the tech talked me into the HP Envy Pro 6455. It is a good machine but a tad slower than the Brother and the side button are odd but it has only been a month and I will get used to it. It does what it is supposed to do quite nicely and that is all that matters.

Great color and speed. I recommend the printer to friends and family.

The HP printer I purchased, is a disaster. I had to list the aid of an outside tech (Geek Squad wait time was too long) to install the device (costly). Once installed it kept having relapses (working OK then dying). Determined with the help of the tech that I probably had a lemon. Tried to return it, but I was over the Best Buy return period. I had just ordered a different brand from you as a replacement. Found out that HP would replace a faulty unit but not do a refund. So, I'll have to return the new unit, when it arrives, and seek a replacement from HP. I have expressed my issues with HP, more than once. Have the Geek Squad coming next week to see what they can do. I may need to exchange printers with HP. I'm satisfied with Best Buy, but not HP.

Needed a printer and wasn't looking for a lot of feature but this is perfect for the price. It does take some time to print documents but they come out with good quality. I really like the ability to fax without a landline.

Printer is OK but it does not print many papers before the ink runs out

It's HP quality---need I say more? Ok, I will. We had an Epson and it did not play nice, so it was time to move on. The HP got great reviews and yes some not so great. But overall, the good outweighed the bad!

This was a Christmas gift to replace an old Dell All-in One Printer. This Hp printer is so much easier to use and I love having the option of sending things from my phone or IPad to this printer with such ease.

Awesome all in one unit. Having to work from home now three days a week, this is a great unit to have on hand whether I need to print or scan or even fax. I can also use my cell phone. That makes it even easier .

have had no issues with this printer, set up or ease of use...

The printer does not take up a lot of room and does what I need it to do for my personal home printing needs. The document feeder makes it easy to scan multi-page documents. No issues with paper jams as of yet.

Although it took a while to figure out how everything works, such a clearing a paper jam, the overall performance has been good. Finding out is not as easy as when operating manuals were included with each purchase.

Slow and steady is what this printer is, but for the price and amount of printing I do, it works great. Only problem, you can't shut it off.

Prints fine wifi is weak on it print speed is ok..

I would give this a NEGATIVE rating if I could. TERRIBLE printer! DO NOT BUY! I am a tech professional and could not set this up due to terrible instructions and it requires a PASSWORD to get it connected to the app??? Nowhere does it mention a PW or how to retrieve a PW! Most stupid setup ever! Went online to search and there is a SECRET process to get printer to print PW but of course THAT DID NOT WORK!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN HP! All other HP products IN PAST were great. Now this makes me leery of purchasing ANY NEW HP products.
